Great experience

We had a wonderful 2 weeks family trip to India ( Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur and Kerala).

We had already booked by ourselves the accommodation and the internal flights but we contacted Caper travel to be helped with the transfers and to have tourist guides when in the North of India. Our contact was Alok. He has been always reactive and helpful. At the arrival in Delhi and in every city we were received by a local agent and then we had a driver and a guide. The cars were comfortable new and with air conditioning. The tourist guides were fine. The best one we had was Ashish jaïn in Delhi. In Udaipur the local agent Banhu has also been very attentive and helpful. We always knew who to call if we would have a problem… but we did not have any problem. The assistance we got was very good. Thanks a lot Alok and all the Caper travel team!!

Absolutely Amazing Tour with Caper!

We did the golden triangle with caper travels and it was fantastic! I was so worried about them being a legit company but from the moment they picked us from the airport we knew we were in good hands.Mr Kapil Joshi picked us up from the airport and he was really amazing. He explained everything to us about the tour and was always reachable when we needed something. His friendly and caring nature just made us feel so welcome and safe. The whole booking process with Mr Alok Chatterjee was just painless. He was so accommodating, friendly and helpful and helped us with all our requests. I have not met a more professional and easy person to deal with in the whole of India. He is truly an asset to the company ( Thank you Mr Alok for everything!)

Our driver Girish Bhai was just phenomenal. He was such a careful driver and so knowledgeable about India and was so open to share his knowledge. We felt safe with him and he was also so accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for us. He helped us and guided us through our whole trip. He was truly a star!

Flawless and Unforgettable Solo Trip to India with Caper Travel

I was traveling solo as a woman to a country I have never been before. Alok from Caper Travel has been very attentive to details since the begining of designing my trip. I initially reached out to them for a golden triangle luxury train trip and ended up booking almost 10 days air+road trip including even more cities (Mumbai-Udaipur-Jaipur-Agra-FatehpurSikri-Delhi) with them and they have tirelessly met all of my requirements (and I know I am not an easy to satisfy and very demanding customer) From tour guides to drivers everybody was very kind, respectful and attentive. Alok answered all of my questions almost realtime, since I was traveling alone as a women, I had many questions but this amazing team made me feel safe. They went above and beyond in moments like when it was raining and I didnt have an umbrella with me and mentioned over the phone (not requesting anything) and my guide met me on site with an umbrella in his hand They were also always flexible with changes due to weather conditions or adding more sigthseeing itineraries to my day trips. I can absolutely recommended everyone them to trust any of their trip plans with them!!! I can not thank them enough for making my India trip unforgettable.

Excellent service at your beck and call

Caper travels met all our needs. My brother in law fell ill and they sent a representative to Jaipur to take him to a hospital, made appointments to see a specialist and get bloods done in a matter of a phone call. In a few hours he was sorted.
We had extra bags and left it in Delhi. On our return they collected the bags and met us at the airport. Overall impeccable service.

Fabulous experience

The staff at Caper were truly helpful, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
